At Crossing Healthcare and Crossing Recovery Services, community well-being is our top priority. We provide comprehensive services, from primary healthcare to drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on medically underserved populations. Our facilities span 17 acres and feature state-of-the-art amenities including a walk-in clinic, behavioral health services, care management, inpatient and outpatient addiction treatment, onsite lab, x-ray, pharmacy, and more. With offerings like a cafeteria, movie theater, garden, classrooms, fitness center, playground, and walking path, we cultivate an enriching environment for both staff and patients.

With over 25 providers, our primary healthcare clinic, designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and acknowledged as a patient-centered medical home, along with our substance use disorder treatment center, serve as cornerstones of compassionate care. Yet, our dedication transcends the confines of our facilities. As community leaders, we actively build partnerships, support initiatives, and sponsor programs aimed at improving healthcare access and addressing health disparities both locally and beyond our immediate community.

  • FTCA Coverage: All staff are covered by FTCA and Crossing Healthcare may elect to obtain certain professional liability coverage as a supplement to Crossing Healthcare's FTCA coverage.
  • Tail Coverage: Liability coverage for physicians that extends beyond their previous claims-made medical malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Board maintenance and certification fee reimbursements.
  • Professional development opportunities in pre-apprenticeship.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours per year and $2,500.
  • Employee Assistance Program: Confidential assessment, counseling, and referral service for all employees and their family members.
  • Health Club/Fitness Reimbursement through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
