Do you accept health insurance?

Yes, we accept most insurance plans. You should check with your insurance provider to ensure we are one of your approved providers. We also accept Medicaid and Medicare. Additionally, all pregnant women who do not have insurance are eligible for Illinois Medicaid programs. Our staff can assist you in completing Illinois Medicaid applications.

I don’t have health insurance. Can I still become a patient?

Yes. It is our mission to provide quality healthcare and easy access to everyone. If you do not have insurance, we have many programs to help you. None of our locations are considered a free clinic, but the care we provide is affordable and accessible. We accept cash, checks and credit cards at the time of your visit, and we can help you with a flexible payment plan that is right for you.

Patients who do not have insurance may qualify for our sliding fee program, which is based on your household income and family size. Depending on your situation, you may save 25 percent to 100 percent off our regular fees. For more information you can refer to our Sliding Fee Program or visit here for financial assistance information.
