Welcome to Elements, home to Crossing Healthcare’s Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services. Admission into Outpatient Services starts at either your initial assessment, or your completion of programming in the residential treatment center.
At the beginning of your outpatient program, a treatment plan will be designed to fit your needs. The treatment plan may recommend individual counseling, medication-assisted treatment, support groups, case management services or a combination of those. Treatment hours will vary depending on your individual treatment plan and can range from 1 to 24 total hours of groups and individual sessions per week. As you progress through your recovery, the number of required groups and individual counseling sessions will decrease.
