Diabetes Prevention Program

The National Diabetes Prevention program was developed to help individuals that are at an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes to improve overall health and lower the risk of developing type 2 diabetes later in life. This is a yearlong program that meets one day per week. Each week a registered dietitian will go over a topic to help make small changes to encourage a healthier lifestyle. Call and ask to speak with a dietitian to see if you are eligible to be in the program.
