When do you first recall wanting a career in medicine?
At age 5, I knew that I would one day get to take care of people’s physical problems. I always took care of the neighborhood kids when they got hurt or sick. I was to marry a man who loved Jesus and the earth.
Why did you choose your specialty?
I choose family medicine so I could be versatile and valuable and use my skills that I was given.
What do you like to do outside of Crossing Healthcare?
My husband and I like to hike, rock hunt (geodes, fossils, etc.). I like to exercise daily, swim bicycle, or walk. Love Jesus, reading, and music. I assist teaching 3, 4, and 5 year olds along with kindergarten kids, Sunday school at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
